Miranda McMahon is the founder and Executive Director of MMHR, with over 30 years of senior HR leadership spanning Commonwealth Government agencies, large-scale national organisations and the private sector.

Her career includes senior roles at Boeing Defence Australia, Airservices Australia and Lifeline Australia – where as National HR Manager she led the full HR function nationally and reported directly to the Lifeline Board – as well as earlier roles across the Attorney-General’s Department, the Family Court of Australia and the Australian Taxation Office. Since founding MMHR in 2023, Miranda has led the firm’s public sector and statutory body practice, advising clients through organisational restructures, executive transitions and workforce change programs, including Board-level governance reporting and advisory work.

Nathan is a commercially focused HR leader with over ten years of experience in human resources, industrial relations, and organisational change across government, private, and nonprofit sectors.

As Director of People & Growth at MMHR, he oversees MMHR’s major client portfolio, handling organisational change and workforce transformation projects, including restructuring, workforce planning, policy and process development, and intricate workplace investigations.

Haylee brings several years of experience across Federal Government departments, including the Department of Defence, the Commonwealth Department of Public Prosecutors and the Department of Education, Skills and Employment, prior to joining MMHR full time in 2026.
